PNS // PARTNER PROGRAM
Community Partnerships
For Discord communities that want to partner with SCP: Secure Protocol. Read this before applying: it covers what you get, what we expect, and where the lines are.
What a partnership is
A partnership is a mutual arrangement between Project Null Studio and another community. You promote us, we promote you. Both sides bring something to the table, and both sides benefit. It is not a one-way advert; we look for communities that genuinely fit with us and that we can stand behind.
What you get
- A featured spot in our public partner directory on projectnull.studio, with your logo, description, and an invite link.
- An announcement in our partner channel introducing your community to our members.
- Cross-promotion with a growing SCP roleplay project and its community.
What we expect
- You promote Project Null Studio in your own community, in whatever way you agreed with us.
- Your server is a genuine, active community, not a placeholder set up only to collect partners.
- You maintain a respectful relationship with our team and our members.
- You let us know if anything changes on your side: server name, logo, description, or invite link, so we can keep your listing current.
Requirements
- Your server must be safe for work and follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Your community must not host content unsuitable for a community that includes minors.
- You should be the owner or a staff member with the authority to agree to a partnership.
We partner with communities we find fitting and can genuinely support, for example other roleplay servers, SCP communities, or creative and social communities. We do not partner with everyone who applies.
We are selective
We do not accept every server that applies. We partner to build real connections with communities we believe in, not to inflate numbers. If your community is a good fit and you are genuine about it, we would love to hear from you, whether you are large or just starting out.
Not allowed
- Servers hosting NSFW, hateful, or otherwise rule-breaking content.
- Servers set up purely to farm partnerships with no real community behind them.
- Misrepresenting your server, its size, or its content in your application.
- Using the partnership to promote unrelated products, services, or communities without our approval.
How it works
You apply through projectnull.studio/partners with your server details and a short description for your listing. Our Human Resources team reviews your application, and may look at your server through the invite link.
A decision is made: if accepted, your listing goes live and we post an announcement; if declined, we tell you why, and you are welcome to apply again after three months.
If your details change later, contact Human Resources in our Discord so we can update your entry.
Ending a partnership
Either side can end a partnership. We may remove a partner at any time if their community becomes harmful to ours, breaks these guidelines, or no longer fits. If we end it, your listing is removed from our directory.
Please avoid public drama; if there is an issue, raise it with us privately first.
