PNS // CREATOR PROGRAM

Content Creator Program

For creators who make videos or streams about SCP: Secure Protocol. Read this before applying: it covers what you get, what we expect, and where the lines are.

Creator applications open once SCP: Secure Protocol enters Early Access. Check back then.

What the program is

A partnership where creators make content, give feedback, and help shape the game. We work together as equals: you make what you want to make, and we give you the access and support to make it well.

What you get

  • The official Creator role in our Discord server.
  • The Creator Badge in game.
  • Your videos featured in the Discord server.
  • Priority access to information and updates.
  • Participation in closed playtests.
  • Direct input on the game.

What we expect

  • Create at your own pace. There is no mandatory schedule.
  • Give honest and constructive feedback in playtests.
  • Act professionally toward the studio and the community.
  • Represent the program positively in public.
  • Raise concerns with us privately before going public.
  • Represent the game honestly and accurately.

Requirements

  • At least one active content platform.
  • Content related to gaming, SCP, storytelling or roleplay is preferred.
  • A genuine interest in the game.
  • 16 or older, or the legal age requirement in your country.

Discord activity is welcome and counts in your favour, but it is not required. Creators are often not server members yet, and we would rather not exclude the people we are trying to reach.

Creator permissions in game

  • The official Creator Badge.
  • Permission to create staged scenes and roleplay content.
  • Limited pre-approved exceptions to standard rules for content purposes. These must be approved by a moderator beforehand and be clearly visible as Creator activity in the final content.
  • Recording allowed in playtests.
  • Priority support.

All Creator activity must be clearly marked. No permanent gameplay advantages are granted.

Not allowed

  • Leaking unreleased content, internal systems or confidential information.
  • Abusing Creator privileges for personal gain or unfair advantage.
  • Misusing the Creator Badge or claiming permissions you do not have.
  • Public drama or disputes involving the studio or other creators.
  • Encouraging others to view the game, studio or community negatively.
  • False or misleading claims about current or future features.
  • Clickbait or sensationalist titles that misrepresent the game.
  • Presenting bugs, unfinished content or early access footage as representative of the final product without clearly labelling it.
  • Using Creator status to promote other products, services or communities without prior approval.

Consequences

Violations are reviewed internally by Project Null Studio and decided by the Project Lead or Human Resources. They are documented.

Minor violations lead to a private warning and a chance to correct the behaviour. Serious violations, such as leaking confidential content, intentional reputation damage, targeted harassment or deliberate misrepresentation, lead to immediate and permanent removal without prior warning.

The studio may remove any creator at any time if their behaviour is harmful to the game, the community or the studio.

Where confidential or unreleased content is published without approval, the studio reserves the right to request removal or file a DMCA takedown. This is reserved for serious cases where the leak causes significant harm.

Creators who leave or are removed lose all associated perks, roles and badges immediately.

Monetisation

You may monetise your own content freely. The studio provides no financial compensation, no sponsorship payments and no revenue share from the game.

Approval for sensitive content

Videos covering new features or internal systems must be reviewed before publication. Approval comes from the Project Lead or Human Resources. This does not apply to normal gameplay videos.

Reviews are typically completed within 3 to 5 business days. Follow up via Discord if you have not heard back.

Ending the partnership

The studio may end it, and will always give a clear reason. Creators may leave with 7 days notice. Past contributions are unaffected.

There is no entitlement to permanent perks, roles or badges after leaving. Please avoid public drama.
